Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of SiteUD. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Effective October 19, 2026·support@siteud.com
01

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

02

The service

SiteUD provides website availability monitoring, regional checks, performance measurements, SEO analysis, incident records and notifications. Features, limits and check locations may change as the service evolves.

03

Authorized and acceptable use

You may monitor or test only targets you own or are authorized to test. You must use SiteUD lawfully and must not interfere with the service or third parties.

  • Do not use SiteUD for denial-of-service activity, vulnerability exploitation, credential attacks, scraping abuse or unauthorized security testing.
  • Do not test private networks, cloud metadata services or targets where automated requests are prohibited.
  • Do not bypass limits, misrepresent results, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use automated access outside documented interfaces.
  • Do not upload unlawful or harmful content or infringe another person's rights.
04

Plans, payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel renewal through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

05

Alerts and monitoring limitations

SiteUD is designed to reduce false alerts through multi-region checks, but checks, reports and notifications may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Internet routing, target configuration, email delivery and third-party outages are outside our control. SiteUD is not an emergency, life-safety, security incident response or guaranteed business-continuity service. You remain responsible for your own backups, monitoring strategy and operational decisions.

06

Your content and privacy

You retain rights in URLs, settings and other content you submit. You grant SiteUD the limited rights needed to process that content and operate the service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Public report links should be shared only when you intend their contents to be accessible to others.

07

SiteUD rights and third-party services

SiteUD and its licensors own the service, software, branding and related materials. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. The service may rely on or link to third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

08

Suspension and termination

You may stop using SiteUD at any time. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law or address unpaid fees. We may terminate accounts for material or repeated violations. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

09

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SiteUD is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free results. SiteUD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid SiteUD during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

10

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will receive reasonable notice, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them. Applicable mandatory law governs these terms, and disputes must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction unless local consumer law provides otherwise. Questions can be sent to support@siteud.com.
